Private Client Solicitor – NQ to 5 years PQE
An opportunity for a NQ-5 years PQE Solicitor or equivalent to join a friendly and supportive team as a full-time Private Client Solicitor. Working with a team of experienced Private Client Lawyers and support staff, this is fantastic opportunity to progress your career as a Private Client Lawyer. As one of the oldest firms in the area, we have a long standing and large client base and have acted for the same generations of local families. As an experienced Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.
To apply for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.
