Elizabeth Feeney

Principal

Elizabeth is a family solicitor who qualified in 1990 and joins us having worked at Woodfines Solicitors in Bedfordshire for 12 years.

Her practice areas include family work, including divorce, financial issues on divorce, children’s issues (mainly private), separation agreements and disputes under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act cases.  She did her training in the West End of London where she undertook amongst other matters several high value financial cases.

She joined Wilkins in February 2012 and is able to advise on all areas of family work. Elizabeth is an Accredited Member of Resolution.

Arya Roe

Principal

Arya specialises in Family Law. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 after completing his training at a firm based in Bedfordshire. He then spent several years working as the Head of Family Law at a Milton Keynes firm before joining Wilkins in April 2018.

Arya deals with all aspects of family law including divorce, financial issues on divorce, cohabitation issues, pre and post nuptial agreements, separation agreements and children issues (both private and public law matters).

Arya also has extensive experience in assisting and representing parents, grandparents and other family members in child related matters. Arya is passionate about the work he undertakes. His calm and understanding approach enables him to ease our clients through difficult times. Arya is also a member of Resolution.

He also currently undertakes the general management of the firm and is also the firm’s compliance officer.

Paula Tedder

Principal

Paula undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London after completing the LLB (Hons) Degree at Westminster University. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.

Legal 500 recommended Paula as a “Key Lawyer” in 2021 edition. She is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Paula, who is STEPS Qualified and a Member of Solicitors for the Elderly, specialises in providing advice to private individuals, business owners and farmers in relation to Wills, Succession planning and Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

She can advise on elderly client law and undertakes Court of Protection work, including applications for Deputyship Orders and advice on NHS Continuing Healthcare.

Paula undertakes Residential Conveyancing matters and is currently the Head of CQS.

Junaid Afzal

Paralegal
Since Graduating from the University of Leicester with a 2:1 in LLB Law in 2021 and obtaining a Distinction in his Masters Degree at the well respected School of Law at the University of Hertfordshire in 2023, Junaid has been specialising in Personal Injury at a local firm before joining Wilkins in November 2024 to assist with Personal Injury and Civil Litigation matters. Junaid also has experience with medical negligence claims.

Fiona Annan

Conveyancing Solicitor
Fiona joined the firm in January 2025 and is a Conveyancing Solicitor with considerable experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including Freehold and Leasehold properties as well as remortgages. Fiona has worked previously at a top 60 Independent Legal Firm and is also a previous director at another firm, in which she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.

FCILEx

Lynda gained her FCILEX in 1996 and has specialised in Conveyancing, Private Client and Litigation Matters over many years. Lynda is currently assisting with Debt Collection matters and also provides secretarial support within the private client department.

Jack Callow

Paralegal
Since Graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a LLB Degree in 2022, Jack swiftly started his training at a law firm in Gerrards Cross in the Private Client Department running his own caseload under supervision. Jack recently joined Wilkins in November 2024 to assist with Private Client Matters and brings with him his good experience in Wills, LPA's and Probate cases where he undertakes his own caseload with supervision. Jack is currently in the process of training to qualify as a Solicitor in the near future.

Robert Thornton Smith

Consultant Solicitor
Robert joined in 1990, and until July 2024 was managing principal at Wilkins. He specialises in civil litigation including probate and trust disputes, contractual, partnership and general commercial disputes, building, neighbour disputes and Debt Collection. He is a fluent French speaker.

Paralegal
Since graduating from the University of Manchester, with a 2:1 in LLB Law in 2023, Charlie has been specialising in Private Client law. Charlie is a paralegal in the Private Client department and assists with matters including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys and Probate matters.

Adrian is a Conveyancing Executive with considerable experience in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing. He joined Wilkins in 2001 after working in Reading for 18 years.

Sabrina Ahmed

Solicitor
Sabrina initially worked for the firm as a Paralegal in the Family Department, starting in 2014 before Training with the firm and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018. Sabrina is now assisting in the Private Client department. Sabrina ensures that she provides a highly professional service when dealing with clients. Sabrina also assists with Debt Collection. She is also able to offer advice to clients whose first language is Potowari, Punjabi and Urdu.

Mark Pryer

Consultant Solicitor
Mark is our former Senior Principal. Mark was admitted as a solicitor in 1980 when he worked at a London firm in the West End for four years. He joined Wilkins in 1984 and was made a partner in 1986. Mark has had a long career in the law and has had experience in a wide range of litigation especially in family and employment matters.

Lesley Taylor

Private Client Consultant Solicitor
Lesley qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and specialies in Private Client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Deputyship Orders and Estate Administration. Lesley has previously been a locum Solicitor with the firm and is retained as a consultant who offers advice and assistance from time to time.

Kirsty Wright

Charted Legal Executive
Kirsty qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2003 and was among the very first CILEX Fellows to attain an Advocacy Qualification in 2008.
