Costs of advice and services
The ethos of Wilkins Solicitors LLP is to try to serve all members of the community whatever their financial situation.
We offer several promotions including free and fixed fee advice sessions from £100 plus VAT, a range of funding options for family work, fixed fees for wills and powers of attorney and highly competitive fees for probate and conveyancing work.
We offer reasonable flexible fees including fixed fee divorces from only £275 (£330 VAT inclusive).
We also offer a fixed Fee scheme for 1 hour of advice only for £100 plus VAT.
We also offer a special reduced hourly rate for children act matters only and believe we are the most competitive in the local and surrounding areas.
We do offer legal aid, also known as Public Funding, for Public Law Childcare Matters only. This is where a Local Authority/Social Services have concerns over you looking after your children and are intending to, or have taken, action against your family. Such legal aid is known as non means assessment and as such you will not have to pay for your legal aid for these matters.
We do not offer legal aid for divorce, financial, children act or family law act matters.
